Company history
Sijcon Consultants Pvt. Ltd. was founded as a consulting engineering services company in 1961 by the late Shri Siddharth Jasubhai. In the 1960s when India was undergoing rapid industrialization and development, Sijcon played a pivotal role by contributing with technical expertise, dedication and delivery excellence.
Since its inception Sijcon has maintained a policy of innovation, consistently adopting the most progressive techniques in design and construction. Sijcon began working internationally in 1967 and has since expanded its client footprint globally.
From 1995 onward Sijcon began undertaking EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) work, becoming one of India’s first design and build contractors specialising in industrial projects and institutional buildings.
Having a track record of timely completion, zero disputes and 75% repeat clients, Sijcon has a diverse client portfolio of companies such as Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, Jubilant Group, Shahi Exports, LG Electronics, Maruti Suzuki, Safexpress, Grasim, Arvind Mills.

Viral Jasubhai

After completing his Master's, Mr. Viral gained two years of professional experience in various organizations in the US, including a stint with Autodesk where he worked on the first version of Autodesk.
Upon returning to India, he set up his own manufacturing companies involved with the assembly of PCs and their components, Yarn Texturizing, dying and Spinning. He joined SIJCON in 1994 and is one of the pioneers in the concept of EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) as well as Turnkey Design in construction.
Since joining SIJCON he has successfully executed over 2000 projects, spanning high-rise multi-storey buildings, Heavy engineering plants, petrochemical complexes, etc.
He is also a recipient of the IGBC Gold Award as one of the Pioneers in Green Building Design.
Moneesha Jasubhai

Ms. Moneesha has been a Director of SIJCON since the Year 2004.
She graduated from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad in 1988 with a Bachelor's in Commerce. Subsequently, she completed her Diploma in Hotel Management and Project Management in Switzerland.
On her return to India, she worked in SIJCON as a Human Resource & Planning Manager. As a Director, she now also oversees the finance function and manages the HSE (Health and Safety Environment) department of the company.
Under her guidance the company has achieved numerous awards in safety and a high number of safe man hours.
Late Mrs. Harinaxi Jasubhai

After Completing her Intermediate Studies at Sophia College in Bombay, the late Mrs. Harinaxi pursued Language Studies in Lausanne, Switzerland. Following this, she undertook courses in Interior Design and Architecture at London Polytechnic, obtaining her Diploma in Architecture. Upon returning to India she practiced as an Interior Designer in Bombay before joining SIJCON in 1967.
Since 1967 she has overseen Housing Projects and the Management of the company as a Partner and Director until her death in April 2023.
Late Mr. Siddharth Jasubhai

The late Mr Siddharth founded SIJCON in 1961 and was one of the pioneers in the Consulting Engineering business in India at the time.
He obtained a Bachelors and Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an Honorary degree in architecture from the Incorporated Association of Architects and Surveyors, London. He was also a World Bank Approved Consultant for Sugar Plants.
Under his leadership, SIJCON delivered numerous design and consultancy projects across India, Mauritius, East Africa, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Indonesia and Thailand.

Gajendra Singh
Senior Engineer and Project Manager
An engineer by qualification, he has been working with us for more than 20 years and has completed more than 50 Projects. He is in charge of all our projects in North India, with key expertise in Structural Fabrication, Heavy Industrial Foundations, coordinating between MEP and Civil/ Structure as well as coordinating with the client and vendors. Estimation timeline monitoring is also one of his key strengths and is one of the key responsible project managers for us.

Ajay Mistry
Senior Engineer and Project Manager
Second generation civil engineer and a lot of his family has worked with us in the past and he continues this tradition. He has worked with us for nearly 30 years with expertise in construction, contractor coordinating, giving quick solutions and resolutions to the clients for their concerns, and for project coordination of all the other ongoing projects at various locations all over India. He plays a vital role in managing the team and ensuring that projects are delivered on time.

Kulveersingh Pundir
Senior Structural Designer
Having started his career after two years working elsewhere, has now spent 17 year dedicated to steel structural drawings, BOQ, connection details, etc. complete. He is knowledgeable in Hot rolled steel, Cold rolled steel, PEB or Rectangular hollow sections in total and is a great asset to the company.
